Hi, I’m Amy Duffy, the founder of Corporate Assist.
Corporate Assist was established to support organisations managing complex information, governance requirements and increasing reporting demands. Drawing on my background in corporate, compliance and governance, I work with businesses, charities and organisations to ensure that information is clearly structured, documented and supports effective decision-making.
The focus is on bringing clarity, consistency and oversight, enabling clients to operate with confidence while concentrating on their core activities.
Based in Hertfordshire, I work with clients across the UK and collaborate with a network of trusted associates to provide additional support where required.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and am currently training for a half-marathon. I also volunteer as a trustee, which provides additional insight into governance from a board perspective.
