Hi, I’m Amy Duffy, the founder and owner of Corporate Assist. 

I set up Corporate Assist because I wanted to help clients who are weighed down by the amount of information they need to gather, record and report on. Using my specialist corporate, compliance and governance knowledge and experience, I support businesses, charities and organisations that want to focus on what they do best. I aim to make life easier, equipping clients with the knowledge and information they need to make important decisions. 
 
Based in Hertfordshire, I work with clients all over the UK and bring in trusted associates to provide extra support when needed. 
 
I’m a keen hockey player in a mixed league and unsurprisingly play in defence! I’m also the club secretary. I enjoy walking with our fox red Labrador, Bailey, who’s a bit of an ace at fetch, especially if it involves a treat!
